Many have asked for my views on this, here they are: 1) The Chief Executive and Principal Officials of the HK government must resign en masse and the LegCo must be dissolved. 2) A caretaker government must be established with Permanent Secretaries and Civil Servants maintaining the daily operation of the government. 3) A Constitutional Amendment Committee (CAC) must be established, comprising of members of the Geographical Constituency in LegCo, government representatives, observers from the NPCSC, and extra elected members. 4) The CAC must amend relevant provisions of the Basic Law, and the amendments will have to be approved by the Hong Kong people via a referendum. 5) Most important provisions include, but not limited to: election of Chief Executive and LegCo, Right to Abode, and interpretation and amendment of Basic Law.
