Many have been in contact with concerns about it taking too long before medical Cannabis is implemented [or questions like this] by FL DOH. Please refer to (10) (d) 1. Implementing Regulations. In order to allow the Department sufficient time after passage of this section, the following regulations shall be promulgated no later than six (6) months after the effective date of this section.
