Many heard allegations that journalist David Tam Baryoh was beaten up during his arrest and detention. Well, on Saturday November 15th 2014, he was back on his widely listened radio programme, MONOLOGUE. He spoke for 4 hours on a variety of topics including issues around his detention. He slammed foreign media and partisan interests groups for lying that he was assaulted. He says nobody laid a finger on him and insists he was peacefully arrested. He gives rather graphic but humour-filled details of what happened when he felt like urinating as he stepped out of his office under police escort. Tam Baryoh explains of groups trying to use his plight for their selfish interests by seemingly siding with him but in process giving interpretations to twist truth of what happened.
