Many hours after the 7.4 magnitude earthquake in Central - TopicsExpress

Many hours after the 7.4 magnitude earthquake in Central Philippines, the president is nowhere to be found. His concern is unheard of. So much different from other presidents we had in the past, who would be on national television immediately after a calamity, giving orders to his government to move and help the victims and giving the public an assurance that their government is doing everything possible, Noynoy seems to know nothing. Perhaps he is still noynoying During the recent floods, the president just appeared to have given some boxes of relief goods in a school in Laguna. The television networks particularly ABS-CBN, and GMA7 gave more relief goods and has reached more areas than the president. During the Zamboanga siege, it was Mar Roxas directing the operations in behalf of the commander in chief of the armed forces, which is the president. Vice President Jojo Binay had the balls to face and talk to Misuari, which the president did not even attempt to do. It was too bad that there is no presidential reelection, so we can not tell him how mad we are with his noynoying attitude. It seems, the President at 50 years old, is still a little boy, still noynoy. He was quick to say that the Filipinos need family planning and made the RH bill then his priority. He was quick to say that people should sacrifice and add more contributions so SSS can pay pensions, while his appointed people in the agency are getting millions of pesos in bonuses. He was quick at accusing Gloria Macapagal Arroyo again of illegally touching the Malampaya fund, but seems to be so slow about his people and his office disbursing funds, perhaps legally but immoral in nature. The Philippines was left in the hands of people who would go abroad first before attending to the disasters in the land. May God help the Philippines. God is our only hope, the government has been a doom for us.
