Many in US Congress do not understand this simple concept - why make the future generation of leaders to go into debt to get a quality education - only those who are interested in making money through institutions of learning - it is the best investment America can make - come Congress get it done - basically Congress useless - the country can do better without a Congress - the technology for every American citizen eligible to vote can caste a vote electronically - do away with Congress and let the people vote directly to decide the policy of the nation and to legislate the laws they want to govern the citizens - what do you think - it has to be better than what is going on now
