Many major sports depend on the ability to transfer force from one leg to the another. It is significant to train the body using single leg movement pattern to develop strength and stabilisation. RFESS/Bulgarian Squat are very effective in developing single leg unilateral strength and explosiveness, increasing the ability to generate power. Also RFESS takes pressure of the lower back, increase hip mobility and provides a great quad stimulus. And to be honest with you I feel it more in my GLUTES than back squats. Aim for 6-10reps 2-4 sets on each Leg depending on your goal. Start with the Least dominate foot. Tag someone who you think will benefit from this post.
