Many members have send us messages about unfair appointments of CTIs in colleges.Many people are annoyed why an MPhil candidate was ignored but a Masters candidate was selected. You need to know a few things about this. i) We are not an authority to receive these complaints so please send them to Complain Management Authority. (Link was shared earlier). ii) Yes, there are reports about unfair and above merit appointment but you should not generalize it. Being MPhil doesnt give you a WILD CARD ENTRY for CTI or any other job. In CTI recruitment, merit marks for MPhil were only 3 but for Masters, merit marks were 63. So it makes a lot of sense why can a Masters candidate be preferred over an MPhil candidate. Still, if you want to report any unfair conduct, report it to CM Punjab Complaint Management Authority.
