Many memories ..all is good !!! I had a great time preparing dinner with my mom. She kept on saying,Michael says, you should prep the turkey like this. Michael says, do the potatoes this way. All day long my mom keeps referencing to Michael. I asked who are you talking about? Who is Michael? She looks at me and says, Michael Symon! I reply, WHO? You know, Michael Symon from the Chew. FUNNY!!! I must admit, this was the best turkey I ever cooked...so maybe Michael knows a thing or two!!! :) Dinner was awesome!! We relaxed, we played cards, we watched football, cherish my time with Mom,Wally, Nick, Bobby & Jake we had great company.....love my Scottie and Jill xoxo We usually have Billy Sinton over for Thanksgiving dinner. He was missed, I know he was watching over us today. Billy and I use to fight over the brussel sprouts, so as the Packers came on I started cooking them...Miss him. Had a great day.....I am thankful for everything!!! Gigi
