Many minimum wage workers cannot afford to pay the bank charges for a checking account, because they are too poor to be able to have a free account by having a mortgage through a bank. The employer using this system is exploiting their employee, instead of a banker. The entire system is designed to screw minimum wage, or lower wage earners out of their earned fees for the work they do. The diabolical disdain for the poor is reprehensible. The Christians better study all the verses in the Bible that describe how the poor should be treated.
