Many months ago I decided to challenge myself to do something risque.... What is she up too you may wonder. I inquired and my good online friend Richie, was kind enough to accommodate me by sending me main tool to accomplish my challenge.... I froze when I receives it in the mail....NOW...I am going to HAVE TO follow through. I wanted to make RICE PUDDING....not just regular rice....but....BLOODLESS....rice pudding. So all these months that I cowered over the idea of trying and being a BIG failure.... I gave into my fears and prepare to live and learn. My concern was how was I going to get it close enough to the real stuff....I did not want to use food coloring to darken it...I thought for months what natural food product can I use, besides blood for color. I decided on liver...liver, you may wonder...yuck. But it was not yucky at all. I liquefy in the blender and it was PRETTY BLOODY.. To me...I followed the recipe that Richie gave me and like I said I lived and learn. Mistakes were made...SHOCKING mistakes. You will see. The photo chronicle of my Bloodless, blood/rice pudding.
