Many of the tech giants are set to release a new product called a SmartWatch as the use of werable tech is becoming increasingly popular. These watches are basically a touchscreen watch that is able to communicate with other devices and suit the needs of users more than a normal watch Samsung SmartWatch Samsung have announced that they are set to release a new SmartWatch. When this is to be released is still unknown. This watch is rumoured to cost around £200 but this has not been confirmed by Samsung. This watch is said to be able to communicate with other Samsung devices and is to be called SM-V700 but this is not confirmed. Apple SmartWatch Another tech giant that is said to be releasing a SmartWatch is Apple. This is also rumoured to be able communicate with other Apple devices. Leaked images have been curculating the Internet and it shows that the watch is similar to an iPod Nano but with 2 bendy plastic straps to fit around the users wrist. Sources show that Apple have been aggressively employing people to help make and design the watch. Aswell as the Samsung SmartWatch it is rumoured to cost £200 Sony SmartWatch Sony have alreay released there SmartWatch. It is selling for around £100 at retail shops. It is a touchscreen watch with rubber straps to fit around the users wrists. It is able to communicate with other Sony devices. It can recieve texts, set alarms and reminders, recieve Facebook updates and much more Sony SmartWatch 2 In the past few days Sony have announced that a new SmartWatch is set to be released in the 1st week of September in India. This watch is said to be water and dust proof, recieve emails, better battery life so it can last 4 days, higher resolution screen and much more. The use of wearable tech is becoming higher in demand as many tech companies are set to release SmartWatches and Google are set to release Glass. Will you be buying a piece if tech that is wearable?
