Many of us are familiar with this popular line from the movie The Help You is smart, you is kind, you is important! There are days in life that you have to have a mantra you tell yourself. Sometimes all I can do is shake my head and say HALLELUJAH or THANK YOU JESUS. There are days when everything seems to be moving in the opposite direction of what I planned or anticipated. You know the days its sunny in your mind but HEAVY RAIN is falling on your head. Is it just me? Sometimes does it feel like a dark cloud is over your head? The fact that you MAY NOT know about the movie The Help is the author, Kathryn Stockett, took 5 years to write the book and was rejected by 60, yes SIXTY, literary agents. How many times did she have to repeat her character Aibileens mantra to herself. This author had to dig deep not to feel rejected. What are you believing God for? What are you saying to yourself daily? One thing we know for sure is God is our HELP! He has the ability to move mountains. He is our VERY PRESENT HELP when we need Him. What do you say in the difficult times? Create your mantra through the word of God. I lift my eyes toward the mountains. Where will MY HELP come from? MY HELP comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. Psalm 121:1-2
