Many of us are influenced by the people around us. We look up to what our friends have to say because we trust their opinion is a balanced objective one. Make a note of who you hang around with. Are they Optimistic or are they negative? Perhaps a new direction is in order if you find your friends are not traveling down the same road as you. Surround yourself with people that are focused on the positive aspects of life. If you come into contact with negative people you can ask them to not make any negative comments as you are focusing on the Optimistic aspects of any situation. This will help them focus on the positive as well and both of you will benefit. If you do this regularly the people around you will change and this will benefit everyone.
