Many of us pinoys usually complain about the typhoons that hit the Philippines (about 20) annually. I cant blame them because of the damages they cause. However, it also carry some blessings, like in the fringes of the typhoons are rains that the farmers welcome although they donot compensate for the damages and also after typhoons, we can go out and breathe in the air. The typhoon has blown away the stale air and smog. The area east of the Philippines is practically typhoon free but the other side of the coin is that they have bad air like what is happening today in malaysia, and indonesia and singapore where people have to wear masks, even indoors, as the air is toxic. So one cannot have his "cake and eat it too".
