Many of you already know, but I am a distributor for Advocare. I LOVE their products and use them daily. Just wanted to let you know that I will be placing an order on Tues, Sept 2 about 12:00 if anyone is interested in ordering. I am running low on Spark which I call my brain food. It wakes me up in the morning and then helps me again about 2:00 when I feel tired again. It has just about replaced my coffee in the morning and it is has so many more nutrients and vitamins in it. I am also ordering a cleanse for myself. I didnt do so great with my sugar detox (my fault totally, just wasnt mentally committed) But with my youngest starting MDO next week, I feel like I can focus on the cleanse and on eating healthier. I gained about 6 pounds this summer. I went up a size. I am hoping to get rid of that over the next month. I know it was the basic concept of calories in/ calories out.
