Many of you are aware of our efforts to raise $12000 dollars to provide air fare for a missionary family in Ancona, Italy ($6000) to return with their family to the States this Spring for their furlough; a busy and crucial time for missionaries to touch base with supporters, etc. They were also hit with an Italian income tax bill that would total another $6000. Back in September, Joy and I accepted the challenge to help raise these funds. Here we are 6 months later, and I am really excited to share with you some fantastic news about Gods provision through His generous people. As of this morning, the balance remaining to reach the $12000 goal is only $766!!!!!! Do I hear the amens and yeses from you all! I know I do. I have no idea of how God will provide the remaining funds, because my last fundraising concert was on the 16th of March, but I am confident that He will and I am waiting to celebrate when He does! Thank you, thank you, thank you to all the churches and individuals that helped bring this victory! And glory to God!
