Many of you dont watch cricket, but.. 3 weeks and 3 days ago Phil Hughes passed away. The day was 27 November 2014, and he was only 25. It happened during a cricket match in Australia. This young man and great cricketer was set take over the captain reigns of the Australian Cricket Team the very next week, for captain Michael Clarke who could not play. It happened during a fast delivery when Hughes missed a hook and the ball hit him right in the forehead. He stood for a second or two, and the bowler walked up to check if hes okay, but the next moment he collapsed face first on the ground. The bowler and the rest of the opposing team rushed to assist him and he was resuscitated, but passed away in hospital later. This video was his captain and best friend Michael Clarke during a press interview. It is not only incredibly touching and raw, but this is the kind of legacy anyone could be happy to leave. What are we building? What are you building? This was a well-respected and genuinely nice guy, and death just happened. Like it can to anyone of us. At this time of year we tend to be more into a loving mood, but did you know this is the month with the most suicides? It is a great time to enjoy, but it is also a great time to ponder our own mortality and the meaning of life. Life as you know it might end at any moment. Ponder that - that is why we have Christmas. https://youtube/watch?v=6dnFiwhon7w
