Many of you have been asking about my Medical Evaluation follow up - TopicsExpress

Many of you have been asking about my Medical Evaluation follow up since starting the Paleo Diet. The purpose of the followup was to objectively assess what effect the Paleo Diet has had on my health. My primary care physician conducted standard blood tests, checking for HDL, LDL, total cholesterol levels, and triglyceride levels along with other key metabolic tests. See link below for results. I feel it’s important to have this type of objective benchmark in order to answer my questions: Is “Paleo right for me?” Is Paleo safe for my health? Is Paleo achieving results?. No gimmicks. No sales pitch. No baloney. No media hype. When I began the Paleo Diet 5 months ago, it seemed the best fit for my initial objectives, which were: *Anti-inflammatory diet to help manage Chronic Pain *Increased energy levels *Overall improved level of health. The Paleo claims that appealed to me most included: *Healthy lifestyle *Clean food *Simplicity *Lifetime benefits *straightforward research findings If you’re seriously considering a change in diet, take a look at my results. Click on the link below to see my unaltered test results before and after starting Paleo. You can also review my specific needs, selection criteria, and previous Paleo Updates: mypainweb/?blog=some-post-title-here-3 Is this a guarantee that the Paleo Diet will work for you? No. But it does warrant a serious consideration of Paleo if you want to achieve a healthy body weight, along with desirable cholesterol levels and other key health benefits. With all the promises and claims promoted by celebrities, and the slick advertising campaigns of many diet programs, my Paleo feedback offers simple, truthful results.
