Many of you have heard about the recent neighborhood sweeps for marijuana eradication, and the sheriffs department entering properties both with and without marijuana, with NO warrants. There will be a class action lawsuit being filed at the end of the week, and tomorrow and monday is the last day to contact the attorney if you want to be a plaintiff. You would qualify as a plaintiff if your home was searched and/or abated without a warrant. Now please understand this lawsuit is not necessarily about marijuana or even the investment you lost. The point of this lawsuit is to require the sheriffs office to get warrants before entering peoples properties. But the more cases the attorney has, the better.
