Many of you have heard of (or even watched) Formula 1 car racing (also dubbed F1). Over the years, many critiques said that the level of noise is unbearable and too much pollution is generated during the events. Well... Behold, the new Formula E (all electric) car racing (no, we are not talking about the Chevy Volt racing against the e-SmartCar)! Starting in just a few months (September 13th, 2014), the maiden season will be launched, encompassing 10 races, including 2 venues in the U.S. (Long Beach, California and Miami, Florida). In all, 20 drivers (some with experience in the F1 Series) from 10 teams (including one that has famed Michael Andretti as the CEO) will be part of the inaugural year.
