Many of you heard thru another FB page that we have that our adoption agency is closing and I had asked you to pray, mostly for our peace of mind :) but also that adoptions with our agency would continue to go forward and wouldnt be delayed. We are not certain, but have been told that the agency closing should not affect us too much since we are so far along in the process. We will find out more information by the end of this week and whether we will have to hire another agency to finish up. At this moment, we are trying to clear up an issue that the US State Dept. seems to be having of where we are residents. They are confused by the fact that we live in Canada but are not permanent residents here, which is currently holding up anything from going forward. Please pray that we talk to the right person/people who can straighten this up, sign off on it and continue. Burkina Faso is ready to move on to the next step, they are just waiting for the Dept of State to get a clue. :)
