Many of you know I hurt my back Saturday, and have been out of commission since then. Some of you have messaged me to see how Im doing, and posted on my wall that I am missed. I really appreciate that. You dont know what youve got until youre not around it. We have a great staff and an awesome membership. Its a 2nd family for many. To me it is for sure. What you guys may not be aware of is that this is a chronic back problem which Ive had for over 8 years now, and its not going to get better. I just need to stop ignoring my limitations and acting like nothing is wrong. But when Im on that center heavy bag, emotion takes over. I owe it to you guys to deliver a beat down, every single class. So when Im screaming and yelling at you guys, please know that I only want the best for you, and Im right there with you, literally, pushing myself to the edge as well as pushing you.
