Many of you know I prospect a lot of my business by knocking on doors almost every single day with the goal of matching buyers to my sellers and sellers to my buyers. Aside from the random naked man sighting, there are some other interesting observations I have made in my daily travels... Many people do not have working doorbells, or doorbells AT ALL. A lot of people lock their screen doors. Too many people have dogs that they leave home alone all ALL DAY LONG :( Those of you who pretend you are not home, not only do I hear you talking and walking around the house, I also see you spying through the blinds...I wave! I wake people up at 11am (and they are not 3rd shifters either, I ask). More people than you would imagine are already drunk at 10am. And lastly, mow your knee-high lawn, wash your crud-speckled windows, and remove the cigarette butts and beer cans from your front yard -- this is not an episode of Sanford and Son!
