Many of you may not know that I was socially considered to be an ugly duckling as a child in sun-burnt Australia. My olive skin was not always favorable around discriminate small minds, no jeans ever fit my curvaceous hips and tiny waist, I had to wait till 14 for braces to curb my buck tooth... I had to count all my blessings growing up. My mother believed I was beautiful and my father would tell me each day I was pretty as a picture. Yet, inside the doubt was real, and I learned that my biggest bully lived within me. I had to kill it. I chose to study the greats, I trained hard on my body and on my mind. I fought to become a leader. I accepted responsibility and made a decision about my life. I would not allow anyone to lower the way I respect myself or others. I would live in a way where I teach others how to respect me by leading with my life, leading by example. I implore you with all my heart... Harbor no envy for others, you dont know what price they paid to have it. And, if the grass appears to be greener on the other side water your lawn.
