Many of you remember that I had an issue with the last place that groomed my dogs. They were there for over 7 hours and the grooming was rushed and uneven. This is after I gave them a 2nd chance. I waited over an hour after the scheduled pick up time the FIRST time I took them there. I wanted to support a local person, I was not going to mention the establishment because I didnt want to ruin their reputation. Today, however, I read that a friend of mine gave the same establishment a poor review. I commented that I had an issue there too. The establishment tried to call me on my cell phone and when I didnt answer, they blocked me from their site. My friend, Amy Zimmer was also blocked for her comments. Any business that can not take criticism does not deserve protection. Amy informed me that 2 other people that complained were also blocked. I did not want to do this, but the groomer that I am referring to is Ufuri downtown. Amys dog was there over 7 hours and they did not even finish the job to her satisfaction. My dogs are my babies. They are my children. They do not deserve to be locked up at a groomer for 7 hours. I would hope that Ufuri adjusts the way that they do business in this town. If you do not want honest reviews, delete your Facebook page. Its pretty simple.
