Many of you who know me are aware that last year was an especially hard year for us. We have dealt with challenges, changes, disappointments, scares, successes, and surprises. As I have traveled this bumpy journey I have had to cut out things and even people who were not in our best interest and had a negative impact on our lives. We are concentrating on the best In life this year and are striving to attain physical, mental, emotional, spiritual growth and health. Thank you to those who have stood by us during this difficult year of growth and who continue to understand and bless us with support and unconditional love. Special thanks to my friends, Debbie Hardee Coghlan, Coleen Stevens Stevens, Kathy Stephens, Michelle Logan, Mary Ann Hailey, Liz Hynum McQuirter Dettman, Anne Newton Karges, and my new friends at Newton UMC, and our special family, including Jennifer Norman Wilson, Jill Norman, Clarice Bigham, Sam Wilson, Anna Wilson, Lily Claire Norman ONeal, Adriann ONeal and Preston Oneal, Annette Jordan Hand, and others. Never think things cant happen to you -- they will. Never think that all of your friends will stand beside you -- they wont. Never think that nobody cares -- there are many who do. Live every day with gusto. Laugh as often as you can. Thank our Lord, as I do, for all He has and continues to bless us with. Help those who stumble, even if you think they are stronger than you. And never, ever forget that you are just where you are supposed to be for a reason that He will reveal one day.
