Many people constantly bad mouth their exs or siblings etc... always wanting to tell the world how bad they have been done & how they are over it. Truth is U are NOT over it because if U were U would have forgiven your transgressor & have peace about it. U would harbor no ill will & continue to do wrong things out of spite & vindication. When U choose not to forgive U prevent God from forgiving U. Mat 6:14-15, For if you forgive others their trespasses your heavenly Father will also forgive you but if you do not forgive others their trespasses neither will your Father forgive your trespasses. EVERYONE of us has hurt someone or done someone wrong. If YOU can change your ways have faith that your transgressor has or can too. Get over it, pray, forgive & give everyone the same chance to redeem his or herself as your Father in Heaven gives you! Think about it & be blessed!
