Many people have asked for a Newark and Heath Group where freedom of speech rules. Unlike Licking County Scannerheads which has hard to follow rules and bans members with active arrest warrants, drug and theft convictions, this group is open to all. So fair warning, your post can be viewed by the first responders, police and detectives that so many of you enjoy to trash on a daily basis. Also the criminals and offenders can see your postings. Feel free to use this group for all your Newark / Heath Scanner Traffic, Eyewitness Reports, Helicopter Sightings, Loud Booms, No electric posts, & What ever you want to group. Just please leave the Licking County Scannerhead Group page to only Scanner Traffic and Updates of Scanner Traffic. Every member is liable for their own actions, posts and comments.
