Many people have asked me about soy. Is it healthy or not? I have studied it quite extensively and here is my answer: If you consume soy I encourage you to read the article below. I will add to this that the key here is to eat organic, non-gmo, soaked AND fermented soy. Dishes like Natto (fermented soy dish) have been consumed by the worlds longest living people for generations and rank high on my list of superfoods. Having said that, the wast majority of soy products in the industrialized food chain is likely of the lowest possible quality and downright asking for grave health problems.
