Many people that walk with God will understand the statement that God shows us sometimes what is coming ahead of us. No. He does not speak audibly but when you have learnt over the years… how He deals in the Spirit… you understand. For years God kept giving me a dream that we would have two more children. (We had two at that time) Over and over again this dream would come and when people asked us how many children we had… I would tell them two but God has shown me two more. That is how much I believed the dream that God kept giving me. Hubby and I always wanted as many children as we could have… so we have done nothing to prevent it… but it just seem as though we were done… and in the natural realm… looked as though it was just not possible. (To give you an idea… we had one child in the 60’s one in the 70’s and one in the 80’s and our last one in the 90’s.) (had one born in the 60’s that is with the Lord). Anyway, after the one born in the seventies… after around 12 years… in the natural realm… just did not seem possible. But I kept getting a dream of two more children running through the house, and me telling them to stop running in the house. Then it happened in 1989… I became pregnant again... and gave birth to a son… but the dream was still there… just about three years later, we had a phone call about would we take someone’s two year son? That son we adopted and he became part of us. Then the dream became reality… there were two more children running through the house and I was indeed telling them to stop running through the house. The point is… that according to the Word... the steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord. God guides our steps. God indeed will warn us of things coming or going if we walk with Him. Sometimes He does not and you walk by faith but other times He does. God has proven true time after time. Now… we know there are some (excuse language) some weirdo’s out there. That their dreams are just a butter bean dreams from what they ate for supper. There are also weird ministries that used junk like this to get money from people and it is certainly not God. Get my point. But even with all the weirdo’s it does not make the truth a lie. There is a truth principle that God indeed shows us sometimes.
