Many people with psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis are unsatisfied with the effectiveness of their treatment according to a new study from the US. Psoriasis is a skin condition that causes red, flaky, crusty patches of skin covered with silvery scales and affects approximately two per cent of people in the UK, with the effects ranging from mild irritation to severe quality of life issues.
