Many times, as you do, I’m sure. I hear a side of a story, but never get to hear the other side. So and so, and he and her and so on, and I’m not meaning just about lovers. But say this child did this to that child, my dad did this, my husband or wife did this. And the teller wants me to feel their pain and I do, but they also want my support, which is always there, but I’d still like to hear the other side. And this song is about lovers. But it could be about friends.
