Many times when we walk by a mirror or reflective window and see ourselves we instantly point out our flaws. This happens to almost everyone of us. The next time you do this STOP and then look at yourself and quietly say to yourself I am sorry, you are fine just as you are. Add a couple of Optimistic observations about your looks as well. Maybe you like your hair today or your ear rings or your skin etc... Focus on something good and dont let yourself get away with the negative chatter anymore without addressing it. When you consciously do this on a regular basis you will start to see a shift where by you do this negative observing less and less. Slow and steady wins the race and the goal is not to eliminate the negative chatter (it will always come up from time to time), the goals is to not STAY in that negative state for any length of time.
