Many typhoons like bagyong maring r a natural occuring weather pattern that r common here n phil. Whatever causes many typhoon that hits phil.each yr.caused this one.. The damage has increased by clogged drain ways,certain reservoir were not properly drained b4 d event, to allow increase water storage,and d effects r,nearly 300 pipol lost their homes,cars and other valuable things that couldnt be replaced.. I know that nobody has the power to prevent disaster like this to prevent it from coming back again and again,but it could be less physically,emotionaly and ecologicaly distructive if were going 2 be more well prepared.. We need a concrete government structure to avoid lack of communication and lack of sophistication on weather and alert system,we need also an active agencies like red cross of the phil,phil.aid society. I know how people felt being crushed by unstoppable rain, tsk! but what can i offer is a prayer to all pipol around metro manila and other provinces who are suffering from this great havoc...
