Many were against the abolition of slavery .. All of the south of America in fact. A civil war broke out. Truth won. Men were against womens rights. Their right to speak, to vote. The truth won. Many were against black peoples same rights including the ultra-religious klu klux klan. The truth won. Many a man were imprisoned for not segregating blacks from white. Including Nelson Mandela. Truth won again. Many were sent to prison, executed for freedom of speech in lots of civilized countries. The truth won. A multitude of people were against gay marriage in California, New York, Argentina, UK, Spain, France and so forth. The truth won. Many were against the right to re find love after years of marital instability in Malta and here is divorce in Malta and nobody is speaking against it today. So do not worry. Gay rights will prevail. The truth will win.
