Many years ago I came home from work and realized I hadnt even one thought of God that day.... I wrote this song as a prayer but was never satisfied with the words.. this morning I remembered the song and God inspired me to rewrite it with less words and less religiosity..... I share the words with everyone tonight and ( God willing ) the whole song in the coming days.... Thank you all for allowing me to share these things with you.... it fulfills something deep within my heart to do so... IN THE COOL OF THE DAY Heavenly Father...Oh how Ive missed you... Oh how Ive failed to....walk with You Today. Heavenly Father .... Forgive my indifference... To Your Holy Presence.... In Jesus I Pray. Just like Elijah.... I want to walk with You for he walked so close...that You took him away..... As you walked with Adam.... and Eve in the Garden... Come and walk with me ..... In the cool of the Day.
