Many years ago, during my college days, I took Criminal Justice 101. I had a great professor that kept it real. The first thing that was taught is that the justice system is not blind. Frankly speaking, it sees color, acknowledges race, and weighs economic structure. Therefore, when a decision is rendered all three takes a heavy position with regards to the Judge. The penalty for black on black crime is high. Why? Prison is the new enslavement. Sadly, we as blacks do not WANT to understand this information. The penalty for white on black crime is low. Why? It is the masters penalization of the black slave disobedience. The penalty for black on white crime is severe. Why? Mandingo always got whipped before being placed into the boiling pot. Regardless who comes to this country, whether willingly or in chains, it is White America. Stop believing the hype that democracy includes blacks; that fairness and equality is for blacks. It should be. Nothing comes to a sleeper but a dream. The government of this land has assisted every race that has been wronged by another in legal fighting for reparations. Yet, this same government has ignored our cry as a people for reparations. Why? They have refused to accept the suffering that THEY have laid upon our black race. Why? They never do anything wrong. As a child, I remember this...When you are white you are right; black you get back and brown you stick around. SMH
