Mar 19…Daily Encounter …Where do we go to find help when we are hurting or challenged? …2 Cor 1: 3-4 “… the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God.” …Ultimately, all the help to handle the painful experiences in our lives comes from “the God of all comfort”. He not only understands our wounds because He has experienced them Himself, but He has also promised to take our painful situations and turn them around for our good. It is important to note, however, that the comfort that He gives us is not meant to stay with us. It is meant for us to share it with others. Take the initiative today to share the comfort that you have received from Jesus with those around you that are hurting. Your own wound will soon begin to heal as you share the comfort God has given you. The more comfort you give away… The more room you leave to receive even more from our God who has “all comfort”. That is how our God rolls!
