Marathon cooking days....does anyone else have them? We often get asked how we have time for all that food and cooking? Is that all you do? It is a reality that Real Food is a Real a Priority for us and so we do spend Real Time providing it. However, much of the work can be done in marathons so we have days where we feel as though we cook all day and other days we just reheat and throw together. I had one of those days today. Four dishes = about 10 meals which = about three days of food. Provided the fridge is topped up with veggies and greens to go, fermented condiments, healthy fats like butter, eggs, ghee, cultured cream & avo, the meals will be pulled together easily. Today was a half marathon & we made, Grannys Old Fashioned Chicken Soup, Mums Best Bol, Roast Beef & Gravy & Pinkfarms infamous Zucchini Slice.
