Marauders WIN! - It took 11 innings but the Marauders WON Sunday night in Palm Beach by a score of 2-1. Pat Ludwig struck out seven over six innings in a third straight great start. Kirk Singer tossed a scoreless seventh to get the ball and a 1-0 lead to Kilcrease. The Cardinals almost equalized the score in the eighth, but Taylor Lewis threw out Charlie Tilson trying to score from second on a Jacob Wilson single. Palm Beach did tag Kilcrease in the ninth, plating a run on a one-out ground rule double by Alex Mejia. Kilcrease stranded the winning run at third to send the game to extras.
