March 10: 215.4lbs April 21: 201.2lbs Cutting after a bulk doesnt have to be horrible guys. I dont have mood swings; I can still bench press 225lbs+, deadlift and squat 405lbs+, and leg press 1000lbs+; I dont ever go to bed hungry, I eat what I enjoy, and my cholesterol, glucose, and blood pressure levels are all healthy levels. You truly can have it all guys, you just have to: 1) Know what youre doing, 2) Plan appropriately, and 3) Remain consistent You dont need a special formula or have to lose all your winter bulking gains to get lean.
