March 16, 2010 Notes [1/xx] ...when you create demand on health and education side, there is increase in the build-up of hospitals, create more doctors, train more teachers, build more schools... ...when the private sector sees the economic activities, there will be further growth... ...PSSP will impact on government and empower the people...government is becoming the omnipotent, poweful entity now obscuring the true sovereign...PSSP will change this and return the rein to the people...has toe be structured...politicians will not tinker with social security... ...right now people are humstrung by processes and bureaucracy...there is no clear link between spending and service/benefit...the situation has become fascistic, with the government now becoming a push for oppression... ...problem - you have poverty/poor people, takpan mo sila o itaboy mo sila; the mentality is wrongly on BAWAL/BAWAL/BAWAL - how to empower them... ...the power of the people has to be brought back to them - innovation that this PSSP is not an act of Congress nor of SEC - it has to be created directly by the people - subsequent changes cannot be done just by government... ...enemy of constitutionally independent - now coopte by personality-based politics...
