March 24, 2014.... Monday, the first day of a busy but promising workweek. A Message from God. Today, Elsa, we believe God wants you to know that ... it is very difficult to take care of others unless you have first taken care of yourself. What do you need to do for yourself so that you can be available for others? What needs are going unmet? How can you be kind to yourself? How can one give what one does not have? One has to equip himself with all the talents, abilities, capabilities, qualities, and resources to be able to give, to share, to teach, to guide. Without those, nothing can be achieved, nothing can be gained, nothing can be produced. Only God can create something from nothing. But even God did not create all from nothing. He had His Plan. And His Plan, only He knows...When He created everything, He saw that all was good, and He was pleased...Yet he did not complete His design. He left us 5% to make this work an ideal place for all. But what have we done to make this world an ideal place for us? He put Man in Paradise. But what did Man do? And what are we doing today to make this world a better place to live? Yes, unless we take care of ourselves, build our capabilities, nurture the gifts of the Holy Spirit in our hearts, we will never be able to reach out to others we will not have anything good to share. All because we failed to grow goodness in us. So how do we expect to give when there is nothing is us? We are too proud, to worldly, bragging about the material things we have, not realizing, many have more than we do yet do not blow their whistle. Many are much more talented than we are, but watch us parade the very little we have like fools? So, Lent is here, giving us the chance to review our very being. Let Excellence be our Mantra, so that we will be armed with everything to open our heart, mind, and hands to others...and be Gods hands at work... A blessed and pleasant Monday to all...
