March Australias March In May yesterday was fantastic. I played two songs & marched with around 8,000+ people in Sydney. It was mostly a peaceful protest despite some highly questionable journalism thats out there today. There was a really diverse range of people united in our disrespect for a whole range of decisions the current Australian government has made. Theres actually nothing crazy or even particularly radical about disagreeing with these issues. I think its really important thats clear after the way I have seen the march portrayed. As in everyday life, I didnt agree with everyone around me, but thats really ok. Im just glad people were making the effort to do something about the core problems as I feel the stakes are incredibly high. Back to the music, Blasko x
