March Madness!!!! This is the challenge for the month in your own time (no cheating!!!). U have to calculate on a weekly basis the duration u spend on doing cardio. E.g Mon walk in to town & back 1hr Tues 2 spin classes 1hr Wed step ups 10mins Thurs 2 spin classes 1hr Total 3hrs 10mins Give me your totals in either every tues or thurs. Price end of mth to the person who completes the most cardio!!!! Ready steady go..........🏃🏃
