March is Missions Month at HCS-La Mirada. Each class is focusing on a country and the people, culture and prayer needs in it. Last week we kicked off our first special missions focus chapel. Josh Sazdanoff from Break Free Ministries came with members of their team. They use their talent for break dancing to reach young people and the break dance community for Christ. He encouraged our students to identify a strength or God given talent in their life that can be used to spread the message of Jesus’ love. They also demonstrated some of their amazing dance moves. It was an exciting chapel that provided a great motivation to “Reach Out” and share Jesus using your special talents.
