Marek Lipold update: the trauma doctor came in and gave him a suprasternal rub (knuckles in chest) and he responded to the pain. The doctor was standing outside the door watching us as we were talking to him to see if we could get him to open his eyes. He did try to open them a bit on two occasions. People that went by to visit today that I saw Terry OToole, Theron Colucci, Brad Parkerson, Steve Carrell, and a number of Hockey family members. So proud of our cycling family. Peachtree bikes brought by some shirts and sharpies, so if you go by make sure to sign it so Marek knows you stopped by. I also had the pleasure of meeting Mareks wife Daniela Strilkova and there two boys Marek Jr. (15) and Dominick (9). Please keep them in your prayers.
