Since it is so cold and rain on the way I decided to attempt an new recipe for minestrone soup. Easy Minestrone Soup Brown and drain 1 lb of ground beef in large sauce pan over medium heat Add 1 cup chopped celery, 1/2 cup chopped onions, and 2 carrots sliced. Cook and stir for about 10 minutes. Add 8 cups of beef broth, 1/4 tsp., black pepper, 1/2 tsp each of basil and oregano leaves Lower heat and simmer for as long as you would like. About 20 minutes before you are ready to eat add 10ounces of frozen chopped spinach and 1 cup of uncooked Ronzoni Tubettini, stirring occasionally until pasta is cooked the way you like it. Then add one can 20 oz. Of Chick peas, drained and 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan Cheese. Stir and serve..... This better be good.....will let you know.
