MMG - Vivo Simon 10. SOC - EJ Martin 11. Magdalo - Sonny Caldito C. Nomination of proposed name of the federation. 1. MCRA ( Marikina City Riders Assoc. ) 11 votes 2. MRF ( Marikina Riders Federation ) 9 votes 3. MMCRF ( Marikina Motorcycle Riders Federation ) 7 votes D. SEC Registration - a sample quotation of dues and expenses for the registration was presented by Ramon Cruz ( MFACC) amounting to P5,000 - it has been decided that P500 will be collected from each club. - the excess money collected will be used for the representation allowance of the liaison officer and revolving money for the group. - all groups are required to give their pledges on or before the next meeting ( March 28, 2014) E. Creation of Logo - creative ideas for the logo is open for suggestions. Interested clubs may post on the FB page. Pronouncement will be made before the SEC Registration process. - Logo must include the following elements: 1. Sapatos ( shoes) 4. Circle 2. Torch 5. Blue(peace) and Red (blood) 3. Motorcycle/Rider - Persons in charge are Vivo Simon and Chad Cabatingan F. Committees 1. Steering committee -all club presidents and vice presidents -will be responsible for the creation of by Laws and the duties of the organization 2. Election - appointed persons in charge are : a. Dong Literal (admin MRO) b. Estong Kutcher ( League of Filipino Students) c. Joshua Gargallo ( TROOD) 3. Membership * Election will be held on March 28, 2014 Friday, 7: 00 pm on IVC Brgy. Hall * All group leader are requested to bring their P500 pledge and TIN number of the President and Vice President or the Representative of the group for SEC Registration purposes. * Only the venue and meeting paraphernalia will be shouldered by the hosting group. It has been remarked on that pot luck for the food or P50 each will transpire. * 1 box of bottled mineral water will be donated by MOR group. G. Election - positions open for nomination : 1. Chairman 2. BOD a. Admin - Asst. Chairman b. Operation c. Finance EXECOM: 1. President 2.VP Internal 3. VP External 4. Secretary General 5. Treasurer 6. P.R.O. * asst. secretary and other positions will be appointed. - names of the presidents and vice presidents of each must be given to Pauline Rogacion or to the Election officers in charge as stated above. H. Nomination and Voting 1. Nomination is open only to President and Vice Presidents of the clubs. 2. 1 club, 1 vote per position I. Solo Riders / Members with no affiliated group -they can be a member if in fact they reside in Marikina City. - privilege of joining all activities - no voting power until the release or amendment of the By Laws J. other matters - All are encouraged to visit the FB page created for the group - Spread the word. Promote to establish and extend the purpose of the federation. - Chad Cabatingan requested each clubs to submit their Club Logos and the list of their officers. - A secured data base input for members also was brought up and is still waiting for approval. -A number of suggestion were given such as promotion in a way of posting tarps and ads on motorcycle shops. A group also requested for a Riders Safety Clinic Program and an establishment of activities like inter club basketball event.
