Mark Ficken is the rodeo announcer and superintendent of the Boonville School District.... that is involved in the "Obama act" at the Missouri State Fair. Tuffy the clown has been banned permanently from the fair. Ficken has resigned from the Missouri Rodeo Cowboy Association and has been suspended from his job as superintendent pending an investigation into any inappropriate conduct on his part. Some say it was disrespectful to President Obama and he should lose his job... others say the whole thing has been blown out of proportion. What do you think?
